I went through two interview stages where I met with an HR representative and then the team. Everyone was extremely kind and honest about the expectations/workplace culture at Surescripts. The HR representative advocated for me at the start of the process and encouraged me to request a higher salary range than what I originally asked for. They also gave me advice and insight on what to expect during my next round. My interviewers provided additional educational resources for me to continue learning post-interview. I felt very welcomed by the entire team.
