Response times were always fast. I appreciated the opportunity to take an assessment to indicate my capabilities prior to interviews. Interviewers were pleasant. Offer was quick, remote equipment was delivered quickly to be prepared for first day.

After I passed the phone interview, I was emailed three tests, which took about 1.5 hours to complete. I heard back three days later that I was not chosen. I believe that the testing was too long and involved to be asking this of an interviewee. Though I have 12 years experience in AR, a quiz ultimately determines the hiring. Don't waste your time, they are not even paying a competitive wage!
