I arrived 10 mins earlier and just walked in the shop and some staff just tell the manager and we started to talk. Very straight forward interview, they just ask about your background. Nothing much special. They barely speck English, mainly Japanese.
It was alright, described to me all that was needed for the job like availability, job desc and payment clearly. Every part of the job such as placement and roles were described very clearly, and they also described the recruiting process clearly too.
