There are 3 rounds of interviews: HR, technical phone and on-site. The HR round has typical talk-about-past-experience questions. The technical phone round has 2-3 technical questions on data structure, low-level systems (memory management) and maybe stats/discrete math. The on-site round comprises of 1 hour coding question, 1 hour of analysis with 2 engineers and an interview with 2 managers. The process was fast and pleasant. Everyone was really helpful.

30 minute interview with HR manager on competencies + basic questions on coding (what is inheritance, garbage collection, simple enough kind of stuff), invited to 2nd round at SIg headquarters. Given tour of office, before 2 hour deep dive with two engineers. Hour going through CV and experience, and an hour coding interview. Didn't get job, but positive experience throughout.
