Entrevista
Straightforward and clear, began with phone screen and then moved onto an in person interview. Asked questions relating to experience with difficult customers and how to manage team members. Also had to prove ability to meet targets, KPIs and budgets, and how to motivate team to do so.
Formal and structured process with two people. Clear communication and well flowing. Offered clear guidance and explanations. Shared feedback following around outcome and areas of opportunity. Enjoyed the process even though it was quite some time ago now.

Entrevista
Interviewed in person. I received a call around four days after I applied online and accepted for an interview to be held the following day. During this call interview I was asked some questions about my experience (basically it was a screening). For the in person interview, they asked me a list of questions and wrote down my answers. This included standard interview questions about what I could contribute to the company with my experience as well as my availability. It was very chill.
