I applied online, it took just over 3 weeks. The interview panel were different to who was listed on the email sent by recruitment which surprised me. However, the panel were welcoming. I had to complete an excel task which was quite simple and a project plan for an evaluation prior to the interview.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of a survey as a research method? What techniques do you use to manage your time? What makes a report effective? Quite a few follow up questions, asking to expand on certain projects that interested them.
It was a Task and standard behavioural questions. Situational responses where they probably will want you to use the STAR method. Panel was kind and welcoming. Don’t be too worried
