The interview process reflects completely the kind of unprofessional and mediocre organisation that Sutherland has become in the last two years.
The HR who coordinated my interview lacked completely in explaining the job role, arranging interviews with Directors and Sr. Directors and most importantly in giving me the right information without much delay. I was made to wait for close to 30 days and each time the recruiter responded stating that I have cleared the rounds and that I have got a "Wonderful" feedback as he put it from the Sr. Director and they are keen on me joining. This went on for more than 4 weeks and in 2 instances he called me without me following up to inform that I should receive the offer very soon.
However, apparently there was a delay in this job opening and he was incapable of explaining this to me properly and instead kept me on hold awaiting some other opening to come up. Finally, when he did come back to me with the offer, I refused since by then I understood how unorganized the company was and also that if a Manager interview is held with so much slack and below par standards, the organisation will have very little to offer if I join in this critical role. Also, because I had another offer by then. But the fact still remains that I wasted 3 weeks of time because of this and did forego another offer.
My advice to others interviewing for this company would be to get a Job Description and set expectations about time frame with the HR involved.
The whole experience was a thorough disappointment and the image of the Company was totally let down by one Single, incompetent HR recruiter.

Entrevista
Convoluted interview process. Micromanaging from the onboarding process. Very distrusting interview process, this company is jaded not sure why they are prejudiced against immigrants. Be careful this company will waste your time and efforts without just cause.
couple of steps, could be shortened (remote position) tech test system knowledge role play one way virtual then actual interview. nothing left to say but has to be at least thirty words long good luck.

Short and to the point, very professional staff and precise questions. if you don't get accepted you can try again later after 1 month which is considered as a second chance.
