General Aptitude test - analytical test , logical, reasoning test, quiz test, Emotional test, berlitz test round, -HR-interview , interview with operational manager-done, once you get selected, two months training is provided, and then you hit the floor, management is good. you will also have to learn a few thing in training on which four to five exams are conducted, learn and enjoy and earn. cheers.
