its easy ......they said to speak on our own topic for 1 minute and second round was an telephonic round they asked some basic questions about our-self and an experience in our life
Group discussions.. where people made to speak in order to analyze their verbal communication. Got the invitation via mail from them. Plenty of people participated, but still confused with the way the made the filtering.

They asked me how i’ll pitch a pen, and how I will sell it even if it’s broken or has no ink. Pretty easy, and the recruiter was very relaxed throughout the whole interview.
