      applied online. process took 1 day with phone interview. and then personal interview next day. interview was 20 minutes. normal situation based question. professional outfit very friendly environment. good place to start careers with

      Entrevista

      I applied at the WFCU Job Day on October 14th, 2016 (from which I received a phone call on October 17th, 2016 by the talent acquisition specialist. I was told that I had a face-to-face interview on October 18th, 2016 for the Accounting Software Specialist position for the Intuit program (Quickbooks). I felt that during and after the interview I was told to wait a few days to give Sutherland a call. I gave Sutherland a call on October 21, 2016 and was told that they decided not to move forward mainly because I did not answer the customer service question properly (in which I thought it was based on my own opinion). I told that it seem unfair in which I thought it was based in my opinion and that I graduated with an accounting and finance diploma. Luckily I was set up for an over-the-phone interview at 12:30 PM for the tech support specialist for the Uverse program (which I would be able to build up the customer service call centre experience). While I waited and waited, I received a phone call at around 1:45 PM (in which I felt that it was very unprofessional since I had to go to work at 2:30 PM. On top of that, I thought Heather was a lady - but it turned out that it was an older male). It took me 15 minutes to go over the interview and that I was told that I may receive a call in the future. I thought that I would receive an email on the 21st for the paperwork and to attend the classes on October 24th, 2016 (with on top of all that I arrived to work at around 2:28 PM which I could have been late at 2:31 PM). Unfortunately that never happened and I called on the 24th just to realize that I have not been selected due to over talking on the phone too much (in which it was thanks to the talent acquisition's notes). It seems that I was disappointed again and felt that I did not wanted to go through another telephone or face-to-face interview just to waste time and gas with Sutherland just for the BlackBerry program. I wouldn't recommend myself or anybody to apply at Sutherland in Windsor, ON. It's most likely better to apply elsewhere since the senior team manager and the talent acquisition would take it more towards a grain of salt.
