You will have three rounds of interview, wherein the HR will not treat you properly. 1. Aptitude test.
2. Face to face interview with the HR.
3. Ops manager round, wherein you will be asked for a technical questions and you will alseo need to take up a telephonic round, like a mock call.

In the initial interview they will be assessing you and what you know regarding the position. After initial, you would be asked to perform a mock call where they will see how you will handle the call and your vocabulary. Lastly, in the final interview you will be asked some personal question.
