initial interview was quick, solid existing process and accurate at the time of my hire. declined process afterwards for lack of resource and pool. i was then interviewed in December/January of 2011, i was offered in the same month but due to country political situation at the time, hiring was suspended and then i was contacted for a different hiring accounts six months later and i signed my contract in June 2011. i didn't have clear expectations at the time of hire which collapsed my experience with the company in the beginning and i was struggling.
