A few days after applying online I received an email requesting a phone screening interview. After the phone interview we scheduled a panel interview for the following week. The panel interviewers consisted of 5 people from the team, i.e., people the candidate would actually work with. The representation were three peers, the director, and the manager (who conducted the phone interview). All of the interviewers were very nice and demeanor was comforting (even when I answered a question incorrectly, they didn't make me feel stupid about it). The office, which is located off Hwy 50, is beautiful and comfortable. I was in the lobby/waiting area for about 20 mins and noticed the people entering and leaving the building. They all looked happy and all greeted the security guard by first name.
