I received the interview through a staffing agency called K Force the following day after the interview I heard back from Sutter and I was not selected. It was a panel of two women both women were very nice and friendly however they were only looking to hire about four or five people it is very important that you know some medical terminology such as HMO, PPO, and EPO and information about medicare

Interview was fairly quick no more than 10 minutes. Brief overview of the job duties and respnsibilities. Standard question about work expereince, why you want to work for the company, computer software you are familiar with, situational questions. Reveived job offer same day a few hours after interview.

The interview process was very professional, The questions are very direct and based on your previous experience and why you want to work for the company. My interviewer was very professional and detailed about the requirements and expectations.

Easy interview on zoom. Had to reschedule, which was gonna problem. Received an offer a few days later after the interview. The pay is quite decent for my first time working from home.
