The interview was more like a conversation, very informal. It was a good experience. Small interview with manager and one other nurse. Felt welcoming and comfortable. The entire process was about 15 minutes. The culture of the unit and whether I would be a good fit was a big part of the focus.
They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing

Entrevista
The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
