Easy Interview process, consist on 3 stages (at least for this position)
1. With HR from Ukraine to check your work experience, your expectations and obviously your English level.
2. With a Software engineer and hiring manger, basic questions about SOLID principles, OOP, SQL and .NET. No coding challenge.
3. With customer, no coding questions just behavioral and cultural fit questions.
I reached to until the customer stage, he selected another candidate (no more details were included on the feedback), process was fast like 2 weeks.
Need to take in consideration that if you get selected, the contract is just for the project, they don't have talent pool but salary is very attractive and being paid in USD.
