been asked a lot of technical questions and on my background they were asking their current project problems they were very friendly however I did not enjoy their ambiguous process however they wasted a lot of my time, They also ghosted me promising offers and talks and every time making an excuse of why their offer is taking so long. basically they drained my energy and I understood they just wanted some free consultation rather than hiring me for a position

A total of two interviews on-site. The first was with the owner the second was with a tech lead. I was unable to find parking, so I had to put change into a meter. I only had enough change for 1 hour. It was almost a half hour waiting for the coding test to be made available. So my choice was rush the test or get a ticket. I rushed the test. Pretty sure that I would not want to work there anyway. I found the testing process to be rigid and likely to exclude many good developers who did not have every string handling function parameter committed to memory. The conversations that I overheard while there were sadly humorous but gave me the impression that this is a very chaotic workplace. I would look elsewhere if you want a place to grow. There are several companies that do the exact same type of development in the same area.
