Interview process was 3 parts. You interview with the recruiter then the district manager then the director of sales. None of the interviews were in person and I had to follow up many many times.
Pretty standard process for Store manager role. How do you build a successful team? How do you drive sales? How do you build brand loyalty? Normal questions for a Store manager opportunity interview .
