Entrevista
The interviewer had a list of prepared questions and basically we just went through the questions one by one. The questions are very basic, such as what do you know about Swarovski, why do you want to work for us, who do you think is Swarovski's competitors. In addition, they also asked me to describe a time when you have an angry customer, my biggest strength and so on. Overall, the questions are very basic.

Entrevista
Very fast, I was taken to the back room which was really just a small hallway full of boxes and was asked pretty standard retail interview questions and was given a rundown of day to day. They seemed pleased that I had cash handling experience and could be left on the store on my own, I'm pretty sure the main reason I wasn't given an offer was due to being busy during the black friday week.

Email invite to group interview - although in a group, questions were asked individually by a few of the staff and were allowed to mingle with other interviewees while waiting for your turn
