Interview questions are usually set, will be focusing on the brand's "value and vision" so be sure to read their website, as far as I understand, the interview questions is to test whether you have the matching value to the brand itself.
So as long as your answers are telling that you have the 4 core values of Swarovski, you should stand out a little

We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.

Very casual, asked me about my prior experience in retail and customer service. The manager asked me what are the differences between a feature and benefit of a piece of jewellery and to give an example.
