Sydney location - The interview process was super easy, had a basic screening call and then 1 stage of interview with the hiring manager. However, post the interview, the HR team made no efforts to communicate the outcome. I was notified of my rejection after the second follow up, 4 weeks after the interview. Also, I was promised to be contacted with an outcome the same week I first followed up. This was unprofessional and I recommend improvement in the quality of response to candidates.
