Fiz minha aplicação pelo indeed e alguns dias depois recebi uma ligação para marcar uma entrevista. Na entrevista, a gerente da loja me perguntou sobre experiências anteriores com vendas e também sobre o meu relacionamento interpessoal e como lidaria com pessoas de diferentes backgrounds.

So basically I applied this job on a Friday. Had a phone call to inform interview the following Wednesday. There are 3 interviews in total. Phone interview, actual interview by HR, and a interview by the brand manager. Their Office is located in south suburb of Melbourne. Basic questions like have you had privious sales experience, what's your maximum sales in one deal, what do you know about the brand, why did you want to work in the brand etc.
