It was very straight forward as I was fresher. They asked for 1 month training / probation and from second month my job will be started. No salary on probation period and I thought it was good to take and I am happy with my decision. They dont have any hidden conditions thats what I loved.

It was very simple process for applying as a developer. First i took 6 months training and then after join as a developer for 1 year contract. I was very hurry to join this company because it was based on First Come First Serve.
