1.An initial interview with HR
2.A product technical case
3.An interview with the Head of Product
4.an interview with the CTO
5.A final interview with the CEO
Overall, it was a well-structured and thoughtful process, with clear communication at every step.

The whole process was very well managed—I always had clear communication from HR.
Even though I didn’t receive an offer, I fully understood the reasons, and I came away with a very positive impression of the company.

I was surprised by the type of questions I received in the interview, because this is how interviews were conducted in the past. Product management has grown a lot since these behavioral questions are outdated.
