Applied online. Phone interview with hiring manager. Asked questions related to resume and gave a background of the company. No answer after almost 2 months despite follow ups. Later sent a generic 'found better candidates' email. Company has an outdated hiring practise and exhibits no real interest in interviewing candidates.
