I had an interview process with this company a few years ago. The initial interviews went well, and the team left a very positive impression. However, the final interview with Andreas König (VD & Grundare) was disappointing. He appeared unprepared, and questioned which country I was from. The conversation then took an uncomfortable turn as he made negative remarks about people from my country. I remained professional, though I was visibly taken aback. He then suggested that my surprised reaction indicated a lack of knowledge about the Swedish market. After three rounds of interviews, I never received any follow-up or closure from the company. This experience left me with a very different impression than my earlier interactions with the team.
