Had a few calls with a recruiter. The recruiter forwarded his notes to the founder of the company. I then had a virtual interview with the founder. I then was asked to come in for an in person interview. Finally was asked to provide professional references that they can call to verify employment.

Per job posting which I read carefully, they asked me to send an email to them with resume, letter, project list, salary requirements etc. which is more than a typical application on job board. No response, followed up. No response. It is not me or my qualifications as I have gotten interviews with other companies. They're a small company and posted a bunch of jobs. They are probably "ghost jobs". I know your time is valuable like me, so don't bother with them. Their employee reviews sound fake as well.
