Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Swift Transportation (Atlanta, GA).
Entrevista
Phone interview with a recruiter. Basic questions asked regarding eligibility, current CDL status and on the spot scheduling for your orientation/transportation to orientation. 3 day orientation is treated as an extended interview. Day 1, Paperwork, physical exam, drug test and Road Test of driving skills. Day 2, Classroom orientation, Day 3, more of the same till late afternoon, then you are either issued a truck, or they start looking to bus you to where a truck is available. Moderate disrespect is often overlooked, however I have witnessed applicants who manage to flunk themselves with attitude. Any drinking during the 3 day orientation, even while off duty/ at the provided motel, will result in immediate termination and not being eligible for re-hire

Very simple not really an interview process. Mainly just a background check to see if you want to work regional(10-14) days over the road, or full OTR (3-4 weeks out).

No interview when going through academy. You get placement immediately after mentor ship into solo status. This job is good for single people mainly. You will be tested twice after training before you go solo.

First off. This is a prime example of you get out what you put in. You call, get assigned a recruiter, who then links you to the application process. Once filled out, you'll get a call back, if you're background and license is good. You'll get a date to attend training. From that point on, everything is explained in driveraccount.com. Fairly quick and easy process.
