Call with interview scheduled. Interviewed with 3 people. Answered questions about skills and goals, reason for applying and knowledge of industry. I was asked why I was in the area being I was from a different state. I was asked how to handle angry customers, how to take an account for an employee on vacation. I was asked about computer skills. I was asked how this career was rated to my prior jobs. I was asked if I had questions. I was told that because I had no prior trucking experience that I would have to be approved being this was an upper level position, not entry.

A phone interview was the first step that included just more getting to know you questions along with typical opening questions. The next step was an interview in person and shadowing of one of the current customer account representatives. The in person interview was a bit intimidating at first because there were five people interviewing me, but they were all very nice!
