Apply online. You get a codility test to do in your own time. There are three questions, two are really easy, while the third requires a thinking cap. If successful, you make it to the onsite, where their VP of engineering presents all the teams etc. Then you get two technical interviews, which are not supremely hard if you prepare. Finally there is a debriefing with the VP. They let you know quite quick how you did.
