After the screening call, they sent me a take-home. I believe most companies that make you do a take-home before even a technical interview, are companies that don't value people time... but I hoped this was an exception. Of course, it wasn't. I completed it in 24hrs. Just after 3 days, I receive an email saying the position was already filled. The take-home? No feedback at all, no mention about it. Plus, the strange woman that interviewed me was quite disgusting and unprofessional. Again, why do you keep sending take-homes to the candidates if you are already filling the position with someone else?
