I went to the interview with a super sweet girl from corporate. Interview was very easy and took about 15 minutes. I thought I completely bombed the interview but I was offered the job the same day.

no process. it was the most unprofessional and impersonal interview in my life. she kind of sort of just hired me within 2 minutes...which should have been a red flag.
