Super long interview process for a very basic position. Met with at least 5 different people. Had to prepare a case with 3 different questions and present it in front of 4 people. They were all telling me that I was amazing and that they would love to have me on board. Last interview was with the founder of the company, nothing technical came up. They basically told me that they went with another candidate who had more experience with software and that was already in their country. Then why making me waste my precious time?
