Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Swiss Re (Overland Park, KS) em abr. de 2012

Using a hit or miss strategy on LinkedIn, by chance I messaged a manager at Swiss Re who had an open position in his office. He referred me to the hiring manager in new york and consequently I had a phone interview which went well. I then had a 1:1 phone interview with the manager which also went well. Luckily, I was well prepared for perhaps the 2 most important questions he asked me. "What does this group do?" and a lot of questions were asked about the software that they are gong to start using. Fortunately I had used that software for one of my courses. Finally, I was flown in for in person interviews which consisted of 7 people interviewing me 1 by 1. Very nice people and all in all a great experience.
It is quite a long process. HR interview, written test and then the technical round happens. The level is average, not that difficult. Offers good opportunity to people looking to start

There were several rounds of interview, nothing too technical as it is an entry level role. The only technical round was an initial written test. Last round was hr discussion, other rounds were discussion with team lead about previous experiences, character etc
