Stupid hiring process
The responsible guys (non HR and HR) was so lost in the selection process, wanted to do everything ( 2 HR rounds, 2 technical round, 2 behavioral rounds, case study, puzzles, write cover letter and do a presentation) in no particular order.
No clarity on desired talent.

No difficulties in terms of questions. Just that whole interview process was not comforting.

Entrevista
The team made it feel very pleasant and friendly. Three rounds with emphasis on different aspects. Technical and general HR the questions. Why do you want to work here, why not other options etc. Several questions were in technical fundamentals.
Sent CV through university website and got contacted by phone the week after, followed by 2 tecnical interviews with several members of the team. very nice people and nice overall experience
2 interview rounds - no response after the second interview for 2 months. I assume I didn’t make it to third round, which is totally fine, but how long does it take to send a rejection email! Unprofessional behavior - save your time and don’t apply.
