Horrible, male manager was chauvinist…women interviewers were fine. You must record video interview firstly and don’t know how many people are watching you. Then just email robot contact you and plan interview instead of you, it is complicated to contact them if it is not available for you,to rearrange several inteviews…

The interview process was really long, I had 3 interviews (one on the phone , one in person and one by video call). The 3rd interview which was meant to be on the phone was cancelled on the same day on short notice. They ask me my availability to reschedule the following week and I said "any day at any time expect Friday after 12 pm, as I have a trip planned". They replied rescheduling for Friday 4 pm and requiring I go to their offices to get the video call. I asked if it was possible to set another day or time as it was specifically when I said I would not be available and they replied it was not possible. I had to rearrange my travel plans to go, and they even change the location of the interview to a place further away from my location (and my potential work location) without even checking with me first if this was an inconvenient for me (all for a video call). After the 3rd interview, I didn´t get any response from the company. I contacted them telling them I had another offer to participate in a short project so I wanted to know what was the status of the process and when they were expecting to make a decision. I got then contacted via email by the hiring manager saying I did well in the interviews but they had other good candidates and "procedures to follow" and so they couldn´t give me any update yet. I waited 20 more days to contact the manager again and ask for a follow up. She replied she was off site at the moment and was going to call me soon. This was almost 2 months ago and I never heard back from her.
