Die Einladung und Koordination erfolgt über die Slowakei :-). Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm und fair. Die Gesprächspartner waren sehr gut vorbereitet. Das Feedback liess auf sich warten, nicht wie versprochen.

It was 2-4 rounds depending on the panel. Most of the questions are very practical not theoretical . Focused a lot on my work experience and leadership potential. Overall great experience

Questions were not relevant for the interview role
There seems to be an over exaggeration of how great the work is, up to a point of delusion.
I did not find the interviewer to be aware of the intricacies of the role, also the interviewer stepped in the discussion without even preparing from the interview

Experience in transformation projects merging IT and AI
I had a video interview with the hiring manager and her direct report. The hiring manager was offensive, rude, and critical. She lambasted me and my resume. She created a highly negative impression of Swiss Re.
