Fairly easy, I received a phone call and went over my resume and past experiences in the industry. We discussed pay, availability, and job description. I was then setup with an interview for the same week where I further discussed my background and what I was expecting from the company. I got a tour of the facility which is basically in a warehouse on the airport terminal. I received an offer on the spot, but declined later on because I received another job offer that had better pay and regular hours.
