Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Swissport (Sydney) em abr. de 2018
Entrevista
Three interviews effectively
1/ Online Application and initial questioning
2/ Video Interview with an HR rep
3/ Face-to-Face Onsite Interview
Flew through all interviews, only to then receive a 'Thanks, but No Thanks' e-mail
Requested feedback and was told that none can be given owing to the number of candidates
If SwissPort have dozens of candidates who get to the third interview, then there's obviously something suspect with their hiring and filtering process
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Swissport (Melbourne) em mar. de 2026
Entrevista
Simple group interview to get to know you, and overview of the company. Some, paperwork to prove ability to work, and competency . Just provide safety application along with interest the company.
Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
