I received shortlisting news via Whatsapp one day after job application. Was invited to prescreening call and it was great. It was until the second interview with the senior team member, it took freaking two hours listening to her complaining about her conditions in the team, asking question like :"If the mistakes are not even done by you but you are the one who get the blames, so what should you do?" Of course, it's your issue moron! None of my business! She wants candidates to answer fakass answer like "Its totally my fault and I would like to apologize in advance". I can tell from these moral questions that the company culture is a total big red flag and CEO of the company has ethical issue as well with the simply blaming and terminating people culture. Its 2025 blinded girl! Wake up and stop licking your boss arsheee. Wasting my two and half hours listening to you nagging non stop.
