This was my very first job out of college and therefore I didn't have much to compare it to. It was a very brief phone interview and then the same day they called me back asking for an in person interview. I went in for an in-person interview within the next 3 days. The in person interview hardly focused on me professionally and more so focused on my extra curricular activities and at one point I was asked what my favorite song is and why. After leaving the interview about 2 hours passed by and then I received a phone call telling me that I had gotten the position.
