Round one screens communication and motivation. Round two tests sales skills, scenarios, and metrics. Round three evaluates culture fit, negotiation ability, and leadership alignment before final decision with stakeholders involved.
Interview was a standard interview, but talent acquisition rep and hiring manager both completely ghosted after an hour long interview. This was the second interview in the process. Would not respond to follow ups. No rejection email, not even a standard template.

Very hands-on, online knowledge test (standardized, I believe) and personal interview with follow-up questions based on my answers on the knowledge test. Another interview with manager but seemingly mostly to make sure I am who I say I am.
