Seemed like a great gig at first, they allow you to get your insurance sales license for very cheap and seems to have good potential to grow. Downside is that they really seem to be selling you more on their company than the actual job itself. Spent a ton of time on the phone trying to convince me how great the job was based on the amount of money I Could** make. After the interview they ask you to fill out a "new salesman application"; which is not really an application, its a contract and they try to pressure you into signing it within 24 hours. I had multiple interviews scheduled after this one so I declined to sign it.

very short and informal, they just asked me some questions and gave me some info and assumed I was interested and they emailed me some stuff with actions to take, like getting started with the "getting an insurance license"
