Very bad process of interview.only they pass time. No any questions arise technical.I went for position software development ( team leader).They are calling.They given written test.Probally I most questions I have did.One round select.Second round only see resume.No any technical questions arise. Very small organization ,I suggest you should be not attend interview this company.
