I saw a hiring ad on Monster.com and applied on their website. I, then, chose the next morning as a phone interview time. The woman, Morgan, was very nice and told me all the things I needed to know about the company and what the position asked for. She asked me a few questions and a few about my resume. She also told me exactly what to bring the next day for my in-person interview.
When I went in for the in-person, I was taken upstairs by a manager into a conference room where another colleague was waiting and they both conducted the interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and they were very thorough with each question and answer they gave me. I was called an hour after I left and offered a position.

After completing the application and playing their games to test memory and attention, I was able to schedule the 20-30 minute phone interview. She was extremely monotone and it felt as if I was talking to a robot. It was clear shes read this script several times. Described the position, easy yes or no questions, and then maybe around 5 open ended questions. It feels their standards are super high.

Easy Interview process from Initial to final interview. Just prepare and be yourself at all times and make sure to check your emails or follow up with HR as much as possible. The starting date takes a lot of time since most of the accounts will start from June onwards.
