phone interview by hiring manager for the position, followed by in-person interview with 4 interviewers, 30 minutes each. another phone interview next day from a 5th interviewer, a senior manager. all in all, i did not get a clear sense of the function of the role except for the need to update/define procedures and ensure team can easily follow.
