Entrevista
Had an on-campus interview. It was very laid back. All the questions were standard behavioral-type questions. A few weeks later I got a call to go in for a 2 day final round interview where I, and the other interviewees, were able to meet some of the team leaders. After some presentations about the company, there were two on-site interviews. Again, all the questions were pretty simply behavioral questions.

What was something you learned in school that didn't apply in real life?
There were two rounds of interviews, both were fairly straight forward. The questions asked were not surprising. After second interview, you’ll hear back from them within 2-3 weeks. The recruiter was very kind as well.

Entrevista
Everyone involved in the process was very friendly and straightforward. After initial on-campus interviews, I was invited to Synchrony's Chicago office for final round interviews. These lasted all day, and included breakfast and lunch breaks with other analysts and employees. There were several one-on-one behavioral interviews, each of which touched on different aspects of my background and skill set. All of these were very conversational, and each interviewer left time at the end for questions.

Entrevista
SYF is super focused on the true leadership component of the program. They feel confident about the supply of grads with technical ability, but they want to pick out leaders. Be ready to discuss intangibles just as much as technical skills or your past experiences. It was a very friendly and rewarding experience to interview here.
