The recruiter was very helpful in guiding the process. But the actual interview was more of a technical showoff from the interviewer. I never ever had such a bad interviewer in my whole 9 years of career. If that's the quality of people working there. No thank you. Never ever applying to Synechron.

1st round is technical round
2nd round is managerial
3rd round is client round
In all these rounds interview will be moderate and can be crack through it. Also client round is important, and you must clear client round
Very good responses from Recruiter, Interview scheduled properly,
Interview was average difficulty, There were 2 rounds, One was internal and another was client round. There are some chances to have three rounds also.
