Such a worst company i have seen in my life. I wasted whole day to go through all the rounds and got selected as well.
Recruiter told me that we are done from our side only the thing, you may have to go for Client Interview. It has been 2 months i am waiting for client interview but didn't get single call from synechron or client.
Guys if you don't have any other interview then only please attend interview in synechron else never ever attend.Becz you are gonna miss opportunity from other companies and end up with wasting you whole day time.
Advice to management : Please don't Play with candidate's career. If you don't have opening just don't call anyone to waste there time.
I received call from Naukri Portal. HR scheduled my in very short notice. It was for Automation Testing role. 1st round was technical. I have not cleared that round. So that I don't know what was the second round.

I received call from consultancy and then they schedule the Telephonic Interview. After telephonic there will be higher management technical interview and after that HR interview. I could manage only first round of interview

My first round was technical round conducted through video conference. First asked about your roles and responsibilities as automation engineer. Some manual questions like sdlc, agile, severity priority. But automation questions was really tough.
