Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Synechron (Melbourne).
Entrevista
The interview process included a phone screening with the recruiter, a technical interview with Synechron’s internal team, and a final client interview focused on automation testing skills and real-world project experience.
2 rounds. first round was technical round second round was HR round. This was just the Hr discussion about time,flexibility and discussion about work from options, salary expectation. Discussion was over and withing a week offer was released
